Evil Character Design

Here's my entry for 's contest.  

I must say that I had a lot of fun drawing him, as the deadline was quite long (and I took it calmly). Because of that, several ideas came to mind, like giving him a long coat. Then I decided it was very topical: All Badass wear Longcoats. 

As he has been several years in a isolated location and being used for experimentation I imagined him pale and with several scars. (they're not very noticeable, I don't know how to draw them). I wanted to add some more bags and 
As it's settled in a modern militar city, I drew him practical clothes (the longcoat might have suited him well, though) and a super glowing rifle. (Yes, they use glowing weapons)
I might have not got the right evil expresion in his features, let's just say he's meditating.
